More Market Pictures

I had to include a few more pictures from my visit to the market today! I had never seen garlic still on the stems (is that the word?), so this first picture was something I had to get. These "bunches" were in the back of a truck. I have seen this same thing outside the bank but never had a chance to take the picture.

The second picture was a little less pleasing. I asked Candy about them, as these little pieces looked like thin walnuts or big flakes of bran. As I looked closer, they seemed kind of "buggy". Candy said that they were silk worm shells and "they taste like cockroaches". You know that my mind went immediately to how did she know how cockroaches taste. I could only laugh. Candy went on to say that as a child, she ate the silk worm shells like candy, as they had a somewhat sweet taste, but as she grew up, she realized they were just insects and stopped.

Third picture was too colorful to pass up, though just vegetables that we saw throughout the market.
