Awoke to find that Monday Night Football is on "SBS Sports Live" in Korea! Our 9:00 AM Tuesday is 5 PM Monday, Phoenix time. What a treat!! I accidently stumbled upon this and am thrilled! I have seen live golf events on this channel, but never expected football. Will have to wait to see if they also show the Cardinals game which is scheduled for later. They are simulcasting ESPN so life is good!! Had to share my news. This week has been low key. Because of the fact that we aren't at our regular school, my 7 and 8 PM classes have been canceled for yesterday, Wednesday and Friday. It feels really strange to be home by 7:30 in the evening. I stopped by our school yesterday to see Candy, our "do everything" lady and my friend, who is fielding phone calls from parents, etc, etc, and found new flooring in our classrooms. My room is so bright and cheery now, and with the creamy white tile, looks much bigger!! I am so ready to get back.
I have also started thinking about my trip to Seoul, starting on the the 22nd. As usual, my lists have lists of all the things I want to see. Think I have mentioned that I will take a tour of the city and also visit the De-Militarized Zone between North and South Korea. I will stay over 3 nights and can't wait!! Keep those cards and letters coming!
