SUPER Arizona

Some people might say that my timing was lousy when I left Arizona in June. TOO many things going on since then and especially now!! Is it possible for one place to have too much fun? Seems not to the people in Phoenix!

Let's see......Super Bowl Week, FBR Golf Tournament, today's Super Bowl, and Tsunami Tuesday, their Primary election day. I think I have left something out...but whatever it is, it's a SUPER time to be in Arizona.

Similarly, I am trying to make it a SUPER Jeonju City week. I have taken the week off with 2 vacation days with the remainder of the week free due to the Lunar New Year (more about that later).

To start my festivities, I have just watched the FBR from Scottsdale and am now REALLY enjoying the Super Bowl, courtesy of SBS Korean Sports. These are the same guys that brought me Monday Night Football on Tuesday mornings here throughout the season. Kick off time for the Super Bowl was 8:30 AM, Monday vs 4:30 PM, Sunday, Phoenix time. I am assuming that all the men and women in the military stationed in Korea are enjoying this treat as well! So far, have not seen any of the famous commercials I so love during the game. I can catch those later on the Net.

So, that said, I'm really looking forward to this week. Have lots of pictures to blog from the last several days, will have a few Dr/dentist appointments, movies to see, friends to meet, etc.

Weather: -5 degrees C (24 degrees F)
